Made to order and withdrawal. A printed or framed Storyprint is made especially for you, with your route, photos and text, so it is not eligible for withdrawal. For the digital file, the right of withdrawal expires once you expressly agree to immediate delivery and delivery begins. If something is wrong with your print, we'll make it right. What exactly do I receive?
You choose: a printed poster, a framed poster or a 300 DPI digital file. Every Storyprint contains your route, stops, travel dates, photos and memories.
Can I see my Storyprint before I pay?
Yes. You create the complete design and see your poster as you go. The preview has a watermark; your print and file won't, of course.
Can I get my Storyprint printed?
Yes. We print your Storyprint on matte art paper (200 gsm) and ship it to you, unframed or framed.
Which size should I choose?
10 × 15 cm is a small card for a shelf or a gift, landscape (map left, stops right) or portrait; it shows the map with your photo pins, without the photo row. A4 (21 × 29.7 cm) fits a small frame or a desk. A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) looks great above a desk or in a hallway. A2 (42 × 59.4 cm) makes more of a statement above a sofa or bed, and gives your photos and text more room. Not sure? Go for A2.
How much does a Storyprint cost?
Digital €12.95. Printed €24 (10 × 15 cm), €29 (A4), €39 (A3) or €49 (A2). Framed €59 (10 × 15 cm), €69 (A4), €89 (A3) or €109 (A2). All prices include VAT and shipping.
How long does delivery take?
A printed or framed Storyprint is produced within 1–3 working days and usually arrives within 2–5 working days after that, depending on your country. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it ships. The digital file is available to download immediately after payment.
Which countries do you ship to?
All EU countries. The United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway are currently not available.
Can I ship it straight to someone else?
Yes. Just enter the recipient's address at checkout. No price is included in the package.
What if my poster arrives damaged?
Send a photo to info@storyprint.nl within 14 days and we'll make and ship a new one free of charge.
Can I return my order?
A printed or framed Storyprint is made especially for you, so it is not eligible for withdrawal. For the digital file, the right of withdrawal expires once you agree to immediate delivery and it begins. So please check your design carefully in the preview. More in Withdrawal.
