Delivery

Storyprint delivers your personal travel poster in three ways: printed on art paper, framed, or as a 300 DPI digital file. Your choice is shown in your order and confirmation.

Printed and framed Storyprints

After payment, your Storyprint is printed especially for you on matte art paper (200 gsm) and, if you choose, framed in a black, white or natural wood frame. Production and shipping are handled together with our print partner; within the EU your poster is produced in Europe.

Delivery time

A printed or framed Storyprint is usually produced within 1–3 working days and typically arrives within 2–5 working days after that, depending on your country. As soon as it ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Delivery times are indicative.

Countries and shipping costs

We deliver to all countries of the European Union. Shipping is free and always tracked. The United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway are currently not available.

Packaging and gifts

Unframed prints are shipped rolled in a sturdy tube, framed prints in a sturdy box. No price is included in the package, so you can ship your Storyprint straight to someone else.

Damaged or not right?

If your poster arrives damaged or something is wrong with the print itself, send a photo to info@storyprint.nl within 14 days with your order reference. We will make and ship a new one free of charge. Your statutory rights continue to apply.

Digital file

If you choose the digital file, or expressly request it with a print, delivery begins immediately after successful payment. The download is available on your confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Please download the file and keep a safe copy; a download link may not remain available indefinitely for security or storage reasons. This does not limit your statutory rights for defective or undelivered digital content.

Printing it yourself

If you print the digital file yourself, that external printer or print service is not part of the Storyprint agreement. Colour, cropping and material may vary per printer.
