Withdrawal and digital content
This page explains the statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases and what immediate delivery of a digital Storyprint means.
14-day withdrawal period
For distance contracts, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, unless a statutory exception applies.
Immediate digital delivery
A Storyprint is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. If you want us to start digital delivery during the withdrawal period, before delivery begins we ask for your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content begins. This consent is not pre-selected for you.
If the statutory conditions for loss of the right of withdrawal have not been met, your legal rights remain in place.
Printed and framed Storyprints
A printed or framed Storyprint is made especially for you with your route, photos and text. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to these products. If your poster arrives damaged or something is wrong with the print, contact us within 14 days at info@storyprint.nl and we will make it right.
Withdraw online
If a right of withdrawal still applies to your order, you can submit your declaration below. This option is additional to email or letter and you do not need to give a reason.
After submission: your request is recorded with date and time. You receive a confirmation reference and can download an acknowledgement of receipt. Receipt of the request does not automatically mean that a right of withdrawal exists. For digital content, that right may have validly ended after you expressly requested immediate delivery and delivery began.
Other ways to withdraw
As long as a right of withdrawal still exists, you can also notify us unambiguously within the statutory period by emailing info@storyprint.nl. You may use the model form below, but this is not required.
