Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the use of Storyprint and to purchases of personalised digital Storyprints by consumers. Storyprint is a trading name of Nomis IT.

1. The product

Storyprint provides personalised digital content: a digital travel artwork created from information, locations, route points, text and optional photos selected by the customer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no physical product is supplied.

1a. Printed and framed Storyprints

If you choose a printed or framed Storyprint when ordering, your design is printed to order after payment (on matte art paper), framed if selected, and delivered to the address you enter at checkout. Production and shipping are carried out together with a print partner. Delivery times and countries are listed on the Delivery page. Because a printed or framed Storyprint is made to your specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply to it (Article 6:230p(b) of the Dutch Civil Code). Your statutory rights in case of damaged or defective delivery remain fully applicable.

2. Design and preview

You can review your design before purchase. A preview may contain a watermark and/or be shown at a lower resolution. The final paid download is supplied without the preview watermark and at the resolution stated for the product. Minor colour differences may occur between screens, software and printers.

3. Formation of the contract

Before ordering, we show the main product characteristics, total price including applicable taxes and information about digital delivery and withdrawal. The contract is formed when you place an order with an obligation to pay and the payment is successfully accepted. You will then receive an electronic confirmation.

4. Prices and payment

The price shown immediately before you place the order applies and includes VAT where applicable. There are no shipping costs for a digital-only Storyprint. Payment is processed by the payment provider offered during checkout. Obvious pricing or system errors do not have to be honoured where you could reasonably understand that an error had occurred.

5. Digital delivery

After successful payment we make the digital content available in the manner stated during checkout, normally through a secure download. You are responsible for keeping a copy of the file. See also our Digital Delivery page.

6. Right of withdrawal and immediate delivery

Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium is in principle subject to a statutory withdrawal period. If you want delivery to start during that period, we ask separately before delivery for your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins. If valid consent has not been obtained, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. More information and the model form are available on the Withdrawal page.

7. Legal conformity

You are entitled to digital content that conforms to the contract. These terms do not limit statutory rights relating to defective digital content. Please report any issue as soon as reasonably possible and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and, where permitted by law, remedy or re-supply the content.

8. Content you provide

You retain your rights in your own photos and text. You grant Nomis IT only the non-exclusive permission technically necessary to host, process, scale, combine and render your material in order to create, display and deliver your Storyprint and provide necessary support. This permission ends when the material is no longer needed, subject to legal retention obligations and technical backups.

You confirm that you are entitled to use the content for this purpose and that it does not infringe third-party rights. Do not upload unlawful content.

9. AI features

AI features are assistance tools. Generated text may be inaccurate, inappropriate or incomplete. Review it before use. You decide whether AI output becomes part of your Storyprint. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that an AI suggestion is unique.

10. Storyprint intellectual property

The software, branding, templates, design elements and other parts of the Storyprint service remain the property of Nomis IT or its licensors. After full payment, you may store and print the personal final file supplied to you for private use. Commercial exploitation, resale of templates or automated reproduction of the service is not permitted without prior consent.

11. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance may be required and we depend on third-party infrastructure. Temporary interruptions may occur. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising solely because the customer supplied incorrect data, locations, text or files, or for differences caused by an external print service selected by the customer. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

13. Complaints

Send complaints with your order details and a clear description to info@storyprint.nl. We will acknowledge receipt and respond within a reasonable time. Consumers retain any applicable statutory options for out-of-court or judicial dispute resolution.

14. Applicable law

Contracts with Storyprint are governed by Dutch law. This choice of law does not deprive consumers living in another EU/EEA Member State of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law that would otherwise apply. Disputes will be submitted to the court having jurisdiction under applicable law.

15. Changes

The version of these terms available when the contract is concluded applies to that order. Last updated: 23 August 2026.
