COOKIES & LOCAL STORAGE
Cookie Policy
This page explains the use of cookies and similar local storage technologies by Storyprint, a trading name of Nomis IT.
1. Your choice
Storyprint uses necessary storage for the operation of the website. Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel may also be used for statistics and conversion measurement. These non-essential technologies are loaded only after you consent through our privacy choices. Analytics and marketing can be accepted or refused separately.
2. Necessary local browser storage
The editor may use local browser storage to temporarily remember your Storyprint design on the same device. We also store your privacy choice locally so we do not need to ask at every visit. Clearing browser data may remove locally saved designs and preferences.
When you sign in to your account, we set one functional cookie (sp_session) that keeps you signed in, for at most 30 days or until you sign out. This cookie is necessary for signing in and is not used for analytics or marketing.
3. Analytics — Google Analytics 4
If you consent to Analytics, Storyprint may load Google Analytics 4 to measure pages and funnel steps such as editor start, preview creation, checkout start and confirmed purchase. We do not send customer email addresses or free-form personal Storyprint text as analytics event data.
4. Marketing — Meta pixel
If you consent to Marketing, Storyprint may load the Meta pixel to measure advertising performance and conversions, including page views, editor use, checkout and confirmed purchases. The pixel is not loaded without marketing consent.
5. Payments
When you choose to pay, you are redirected to Stripe Checkout. Stripe may use technically necessary cookies and security technologies in its own payment environment for session management, fraud prevention and payment processing.
6. Maps and location features
The editor uses map and location functions that may connect to OpenStreetMap-related services. The final poster map is generated through our server using a map service. Normal technical connection data such as IP address may be received by these providers.
7. External web libraries
Some editor components are loaded through external content delivery networks including unpkg and jsDelivr. Those CDN providers receive normal technical connection data when these libraries are loaded.
8. AI
OpenAI is called through our server only when you actively use the feature that turns a memory into a short poster text. No OpenAI script is loaded in your browser for advertising purposes.
9. Withdrawing consent
Continuing to browse does not count as consent. Analytics and marketing remain off until you choose otherwise. You can reopen your cookie preferences and disable analytics or marketing later.
10. Contact
Questions about cookies or privacy can be sent to info@storyprint.nl.
